Customer Segmentation

Customer segmentation allows to figure out the segment which a fictitious customer belongs to based on the average price of the products that our customer usually buys and the total expenditure from the first buy

The customer segments are:

  • DIAMOND -> VIP customer value
  • GOLD -> High customer value
  • SILVER -> Medium customer value
  • BRONZE -> Low customer value


Given the segment of our goal customer and the products he usually buys, the Upselling tab shows the products that have to be recommended to the potential customer to increase the probability of upselling the customer to a bigger value segment for the business

Recommender System

The product recommender system gives us the information of the products with more buying frequency within a customer segment. With that frequency and price of the product, we can analyze which products have to be offered to the customers of the target customer segment
